It’s a seemingly small step, but also huge in my mission of reducing waste in vacation rentals and INCREASING donations. In partnership with Vacation Donations, Plumlee Vacation Rentals in Indian Rocks Beach has created food donation bins for its vacationers! One bin just went up in the lobby of its main rental office. The second donation bin will be on nearby Indian Shores, at Holiday Villas II, where Plumlee manages 21 properties for rent. This is exactly the kind of proactive action I’m working so hard to achieve with property managers. It’s a real challenge.
